OPA! is full-time, year round, hands-on training facility where industry leaders can send their staff to level up their skill set.
We offer a standardized training program designed to support career tracks within the industry and customized options to suit your organization’s individual needs. Our instructors are thoroughly vetted professionals with years of experience.
The OPA facility is available to manufacturers and suppliers within the industry for their own specific training programs and certifications. We also offer EGSA Certification Proctoring services at our facility or yours.

Entry Level / Beginner Track
Our Entry Level / Beginner Track includes ten modules over the course of 6 weeks. Classes repeat themselves throughout the year, so the program can be completed within a year.
If you have a new hire with limited experience, these classes will offer the basics necessary to get them trained up and road-ready.
