Michelle is the founder of Mongoose Power Solutions. She has over 16 years of industry experience ensuring reliability and operability in onsite and emergency power systems.
Driven by a passion to help the end-user/customers to bridge the gaps between the customers, independent service providers, manufacturers, regulatory bodies, and service providers. Michelle leads Mongoose with a commitment to education, advocacy, and collaborative partnerships. She is an active participant in industry standard committees, where her grassroots leadership helps shape policies and practices that push the industry forward.
Michelle is passionate about promoting the industry through innovative initiatives, including sponsorship of NASCAR Xfinity team Alpha Prime Racing, showcasing the critical link between power reliability and diverse real-world applications. Her multifaceted approach exemplifies her dedication to elevating the standards and visibility of the onsite power sector.

Hillary joined Mongoose Power Solutions in the spring of 2023 and has since become an integral part of the team. As the Captain of Office Coordination, Hillary ensures smooth operations and effective communication within the company.
Outside of work, Hillary enjoys spending time outside in the sunshine, watching softball, spending time with her daughter Danielle, and cooking up new recipes in the kitchen. She is also a proud dance mom, supporting her daughter’s performances and competitions with enthusiasm and dedication.
Dominique Mele
Administrative Support Specialist
Dominique joined the team in January 2025 and has been keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine ever since. As an Admin Support Specialist, she’s the go-to person for keeping things organized, handling the details, and making sure the team has everything they need to succeed—all with a friendly smile and a great sense of humor.
When she’s not keeping things in order at work, Dominique is busy managing the fun chaos of her home, which is full of boys who keep her on her toes. She loves goofing around, making memories, and finding joy in the little moments.
Kim Wall
Marketing and Vision Strategist
Kim joined Mongoose in April 2023 part-time to assist with marketing efforts, including social media and managing the website. She has since jumped in with both feet to help with the Annual Northeastern Emergency Power Conference, NASCAR sponsorship, strategic communications and organizational management.
Kim’s background includes more than 25 years of experience working across higher education, non-profit, and agency sectors.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her family. She enjoys giving back to her community through volunteer work at a local non-profit farm where she serves on the board of directors.
Bob Goderre
Business Development & Operations Support
Bob has been part of our foundation since June 2021 when he agreed to provide his building to us for our office and field operations as well as the home of Onsite Power Academy. Since 2023, Bob couldn’t resist joining in on the excitement of Mongoose and began attending conferences, client meetings and assisting our Diesel Fuel Specialists with site surveys and fuel sampling to ensure we can provide the highest quality of service and response to our partners.
When Bob is not at Mongoose HQ, he enjoys doing what we call “Bob Things.” He is an old car enthusiast, and he loves to entertain his family and friends. His annual retirement party and car show is one of his favorite summer events to host, where he combines his love for classic cars with his talent for bringing people together.

Kris joined Mongoose Power Solutions in the summer of 2021 as our Lead Fuel Technician. In this role, he ensures that our fuel customers receive top-notch service every time. Kris’s dedication and expertise make him an important member of our team.
Outside of work, Kris enjoys gaming, playing music, and spending time with his family dog, Diesel. He also has a passion for food and loves experimenting with interesting recipes. Known for his great sense of humor, Kris thoroughly enjoys sharing a fantastic dad joke.

Justin joined Mongoose Power Solutions in the spring of 2023 and has grown both personally and professionally since then. As a Fuel Technician, Justin enjoys helping our fuel customers solve problems, whether he is creating new piping for tanks or finding where a tank is leaking from. He is always eager to learn more and improve his skills.
When he’s not at work, Justin enjoys trying new breweries and restaurants, traveling to places with beautiful views, playing pool, and spending time with his friends.

Jim joined Mongoose Power Solutions in the winter of 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his background as an automotive teacher at a local high school in Vermont. His expertise and dedication have made him an essential asset to our team. Jim takes great care of our fleet vehicles, ensuring they are always running in excellent condition. His extensive knowledge and willingness to assist colleagues with their own vehicle issues have earned him a reputation as a go-to person for automotive advice.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending quality time with his family and going for rides on his motorcycle. He looks forward to his annual camping and fishing trip in central Vermont, where he can relax and enjoy the great outdoors. Additionally, Jim has a passion for working on hot rods, which allows him to combine his love for cars with his mechanical skills.
Daniel Orr
Shop & Utilities Assistant
Danny joined Mongoose Power Solutions in summer of 2021. He is dedicated to ensuring that our office is always clean and presentable, and he makes sure that all staff members can enter and exit the building safely. Danny’s attention to detail and commitment to a safe and welcoming environment makes him an essential part of our team. He is always willing to lend a hand to any team member in need.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys playing cards and darts with friends. He is a big New England sports fan and loves spending time with his friends and family, especially his littlest cat friend, Hola.
