[Michelle] is an excellent resource. She’s done a lot of code research for health care which we have a requirement where we have to test our fuel. She’s really done a Yeoman’s job on doing the research for what the actual codes are because it’s not our specialty. She [Michelle] is the specialist we trust. She’s a really good resource. She’s also bringing up a lot of things we were not aware of. She’s a pit bull when it comes to taking a code and following through with it. She definitely knows her stuff. She’s a great supporter.

In the many years of being in the generator business I have never seen anything focused to this degree on training Generator technicians. Michelle Hilger of Mongoose Power Solutions has been able to address this problem at the local level that will provide great success in achieving technician growth for the Power Generation Service companies going forward. I feel lucky to have been included in the beta group for 2021 and look forward to the energy and determination Michelle has to see companies flourish with success in educating and developing the future generator service workers.
