KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Retired Lieutenant Colonel Oakland McCulloch is the author of the 2021 release, Your Leadership Legacy: Becoming the Leader You Were Meant to Be.

During his 23 year career in the Army, Oak McCulloch held numerous leadership positions in the Infantry and Armor branches. He assisted in disaster relief operations for Hurricane HUGO in Charleston, SC and Hurricane ANDREW in south Florida.

McCulloch’s operational deployments include:

  • Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia and Iraq as a General’s Aide-de-Camp;

  • Support operations in Bosnia as a Congressional Liaison Officer; and

  • A peace keeping deployment to Kosovo as an Operations Officer.

Based on his 40+ years of leadership in the U.S. Army and subsequent civilian positions, McCulloch highlights principles that will benefit today’s leaders and inspire the leaders of tomorrow. 

McCulloch is an internationally recognized keynote speaker who gives talks on a variety of topics including leadership, success, history, college preparation and others.

Andrew Briggs

Vice President, Power Telematics

Andrew Briggs is a Vice President at Power Telematics Inc., a leading provider of advanced remote monitoring solutions for the power systems industry. With almost a decade of experience in the power systems industry, Briggs specializes in sales, marketing, and business development, helping generator dealers, owners, and service companies maximize generator reliability and profitability utilizing generator monitoring. Briggs has a passion for helping clients find the right solutions to fit their needs and embracing technology to boost service efficiency.


Cate (Catherine) Brooks

President, C Brooks, DOT Training And Compliance LLC

Cate Brooks, with 29 years in transportation regulation, served over 20 years at the state and 9 years at the federal level. State roles included CDL driver testing, school bus industry training, and industry discussions on topics like Hours of Service. Certified for roadside inspections and New Entrant Safety Audits, she transitioned to the federal level, conducting compliance reviews. Brooks actively engaged in industry outreach, addressing vital topics such as Driver Fitness and Controlled Substance and Alcohol requirements. Her extensive experience reflects a commitment to regulatory excellence, making her a seasoned professional in the transportation sector for over two decades.


Kurt Croft

Chief Resource Officer, Proctor Academy

Kurt Croft is the Chief Resource Officer of Proctor Academy, a premier New Hampshire-based independent boarding school. With over 20 years of experience spanning education, healthcare, and utilities, Croft has a proven track record in strategic resource management and operational leadership. Prior to joining Proctor, he held leadership roles at New London Hospital and was an owner-operator of Croft Construction, a utility services business focused on underground infrastructure. His work has consistently focused on aligning resources with institutional goals to drive organizational excellence.

Building a leadership style that is grounded with hands-on experience in the field, Croft plays a key role in advancing strategic and campus master plans, financial stewardship, and operational innovation, ensuring dynamic and sustainable futures for the organizations he is a part of.

Croft holds a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Houghton University. He is a certified PMP and deploys agile project management methodologies across a spectrum of operational activities.


Bryan Dusza

Sales Director – Power Generation, Rypos, Inc.

Bryan Dusza is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the power generation industry. Currently serving as Sales Director for Power Generation at Rypos, Inc., Dusza focuses on clean air technology to combat climate change. Previous roles include Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Nixon Power Services, where Dusza was responsible for industrial product sales and the growth of sales markets in Georgia and Alabama. Additional experience includes strategic account management at Prime Power Services and regional sales management at Power Service Products, along with Power Generation Sales at Cummins Southern Plains. 


Shana Duthie

Duthie Consulting Group 

Shana Duthie is passionate about optimizing the value she can deliver to her clients. For 30+ years, Duthie has built teams that delight customers and drive revenue growth.   

Duthie has worked in various industries as a full-time employee and consultant. Duthie has worked in diverse verticals such as energy, health insurance, pharma, medical, voice technology, and senior technology products. Duthie has also served on several corporate boards, including the Aging Technology Alliance and SOS Wireless Communications. and values community projects. She is also the current chair of the Membership and Marketing Committee of the Electrical Generations Systems Association.  

Always interested in leveraging innovative technologies, Duthie is now focused on helping her clients use AI strategically to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer journey. 


Rob Groben

National Sales Manager – Genset Power Solutions, Stored Energy Systems (SENS)

Rob Groben is the National Sales Manager for the Genset power solutions business unit at Stored Energy Systems (SENS). SENS is an industry-leading supplier of non-stop DC power systems, high-reliability power electronics and distributed energy products that are essential to critical infrastructure function.

He has over 17 years of experience in the critical power equipment industry. His background includes experience with ATS and Paralleling Gear for ASCO Power Technologies, Rep Agency experience for GE Multilin Protective Relays/Meters, and distributor sales functions, Metalclad & Metal-Enclosed Medium Voltage Switchgear and E-houses up to 38kV with PowerCon Corporation, and DC battery systems with SENS for both Genset and Industrial markets.

At Stored Energy Systems, he is a key sales growth and brand recognition contributor to the company’s transformation from a predominantly industrial charger supplier to an innovator offering significantly more complete and impactful DC Systems.

Groben received his Mechanical Engineering degree from Rowan University, and his MBA from Georgian Court University.


Michelle Hilger

Founder & Chief Connector, Mongoose Power Solutions

Michelle Hilger began her career in 2009 at a laboratory focusing on oil, coolant, and diesel fuel sampling across the US. After 8 years, she transitioned to business development roles in power generation service and parts companies.

Recognizing a significant need for trained technicians and advocacy in the power generation industry, she founded Mongoose Power Solutions in 2019.


Jennifer Hoyt, P.E.

Fire Protection Engineer and Senior Technical Advisor, Code Red Consultants

Jennifer Hoyt, P.E. is a fire protection engineer and Senior Technical Advisor with Code Red Consultants, specializing in Energy Storage Systems (ESS). With extensive experience in code development and fire safety regulations through her history with the Massachusetts State Fire Marshal’s Office, Hoyt has a deep understanding of emerging technologies, including ESS, and their fire protection challenges. She has conducted third-party reviews of ESS designs and regularly collaborates with local authorities having jurisdiction. Her expertise extends to providing technical guidance on ESS compliance and safety through education and advisory roles on local and national code development committees.


Frederik Joerg

Sales Representative – Power Generation, Hotstart

Frederik Joerg is the Sales Representative for the Power Generation market at Hotstart. Hotstart is a world leader in thermal management systems with significant markets in energy storage, power generation, and industrial equipment and facilities.

Using his background as Customer Service Supervisor, Joerg fosters deep relationships with customers and utility providers across the United States and Canada. His high level of technical and product knowledge enables him to build collaborative and informative relationships with customers, while his skills in business development and strategic planning allow Hotstart to grow alongside its customers and continually adapt to the ever-changing energy market.


Jennifer Landon

Jennifer Landon, Founder, YGM Consulting and VP of Leadership & Total Human Health Initiatives, ABC NH/VT

Jennifer Landon is the VP of Leadership & Total Human Health Initiatives at Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) NH/VT chapter. She is also an ABC Mental Health Champion, a Certified DISC Behavioral Analyst, and a facilitator of leadership training programs. After the tragic loss of her friend’s son in a military training accident, Landon became a Certified Grief Educator and Coach. This experience deepened her commitment to mental health and wellness, leading her to become a VitalCog Suicide Prevention Trainer, a Mental Health First Aider, an advocate for Recovery-Friendly Workplaces, as well as a speaker and entrepreneur.

Landon launched YGM Consulting, where she provides leadership development, along with custom programs designed to break stigmas and foster workplace cultures that prioritize psychological safety.


Kent McLemore

Co-Owner, Marketing and Development Manager, Power Temp Systems

Kent McLemore has been involved in the development of the portable and permanent power industry since 1986 when Aggreko was first opened in the US. There he developed the first complete rentalized portable power distribution systems and developed their entertainment division.

In 1991, McLemore founded Power Temp Systems where they developed the standard for portable power distribution systems still used today. In 2005 he started APS Power Systems which he sold to Trystar in 2008. In 2013 he left and his team bought back Power Temp Systems where they have continued to develop the integration of the portable and permanent power worlds, helping to drive safer and better industry standards and practices in the portable generator and load bank quick connects, paralleling, ATSs, Isolation Bypass, and Switchboard industries.


Mason Massey

NASCAR Truck & Xfinity Driver, Spokesperson for the National Stuttering Association

Mason is no stranger to success, with over 20 years of racing experience that started when he was just 5 years old. Throughout his career, he’s racked up over 200 feature wins, 11 championships, and 10 track records. Mason is known for his relentless work ethic, competitive spirit and impressive record on both asphalt and dirt tracks. Now, as a driver in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, Mason applying that same drive and commitment to succeed at the highest levels of motorsport.

Some of his many impressive career highlights include:

  • 2020, The Showdown at Senoia – Senoia Raceway – Crate Late Model Champion
  • 2016, Southern All Stars – Dirt Super Late Model – Fastest Qualifier – Billy Clanton Classic – Youngest Pole Winner in Series History

In addition to his professional driving career, Mason is a spokesperson for the National Stuttering Association (NSA). As someone who was born with a stutter, he hopes that by sharing his journey—how he has thrived despite the challenges—it will make a difference for someone else.


Blane Oestreich

National Sales Rep Manager, Power Temp System

Blane Oestreich is a skilled National Sales Rep Manager with a diverse background, including 4 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing Quick Connect Panels. This technical expertise provides Oestreich with a unique advantage in understanding product design and customer needs.

Over the past 3 years, Oestreich has transitioned into sales, where he has successfully led and managed sales teams, driving growth and building lasting client relationships. Known for his strategic planning, sales optimization, and customer engagement, Oestreich is committed to achieving organizational goals while fostering a high-performing, results-driven sales environment. Outside of work, Oestreich enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending quality time with his family and friends, finding relaxation and balance in the great outdoors.

Christopher Powell

Director, Energy Management and Commissioning for Yale New Haven Health/Veolia

Chris Powell has over 30 years in various energy intensive industries, coupling energy expertise with sound business principles to develop long term energy and carbon management strategies from global corporations to Universities and Hospitals.


Dileep Prabhakar

Regional Sales Director at Freedom Energy
Dileep Prabhakar, a seasoned professional in the energy sector, has been a Regional Sales Director at Freedom Energy since 2022, bringing over 30 years of engineering and energy experience to his role. His background includes business development and technical roles for energy brokers and suppliers, with expertise in commodity and renewable energy solutions, battery storage, and infrastructure services.

Prabhakar has advocated for municipalities, school districts, commercial and industrial customers, and other clients, managing their energy procurement and sustainability initiatives while optimizing their energy spending and achieving decarbonization goals. He is an industry thought leader, passionate about sustainability, electrification, and the clean energy future.


Jeff Prusko

Sr. Project Manager,UL Standards & Engagement

Jeff Prusko, a Sr. Project Manager with UL Standards & Engagement with 30 years of experience, developing and maintaining standards of safety and working with industry, keeping stakeholders informed and involved in the process to ensure a safer world.

Prusko joined UL in 1994 and has worked with the oil and gas and HVAC industries. He was part of the team that published the first edition of the Standard for EV Charging System Equipment, UL 2202 (1998) and the first edition of the Standard for Stationary Engine Generator Assemblies, UL 2200 (2011). He is currently working with developing harmonized US-Canadian standards in the oil and gas industry.

Prusko graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1993.


Rebecca Shedd, EIT

Air Quality and Noise Analyst, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin (VHB)
Rebecca Shedd is an air quality and noise analyst with six years of experience in environmental permitting. Her work in the energy sector has included permitting of emergency generators, battery energy storage systems, hydroelectric turbines, substations, transmission lines, and offshore wind generation for public and private clients in the Northeast.


Charles O. Stevenson

Consultant, Joint Commission Resources

Charles Stevenson brings years of experience to Joint Commission Resources, with specific expertise in life safety and environment of care consulting. Mr. Stevenson’s knowledge base is unique as he has comprehensive skills directly related to strategic planning, project development, programming, design, and construction of capital improvement projects. He has expertise in performance improvements and transition planning processes and facilities operations.

Mr. Stevenson has contributed to national publications and presented at national conferences. He is a member of American Society of Healthcare Engineers, Hospital Engineers of Northern Illinois, and past member of American Institute of Architects and Loyola University Chicago Project Management Curriculum Advisory Board.


Vincent Tino, CCM

Vincent Tino is an American Meteorological Society Certified Consulting Meteorologist with 35 years’ experience in air permitting, having permitted over 100 emergency engines in New England and New Jersey. Clients have included data centers, commercial property managers and developers, engineering firms, and municipal governments.
