Michelle began her career in 2009 at a laboratory focusing on oil, coolant, and diesel fuel sampling across the US. After 8 years, she transitioned to business development roles in power generation service and parts companies.

Recognizing a significant need for trained technicians and advocacy in the power generation industry, Michelle founded Mongoose Power Solutions in 2019.

Amanda Silver

Director, Good Jobs Institute
Amanda Silver is a Director at the Good Jobs Institute, a non-profit based in Cambridge, MA with the mission to help companies thrive by creating good jobs. Amanda leads GJI’s work with small businesses, supporting leaders in their efforts to improve performance and reduce turnover through strategic operational and people investment choices. She is passionate about amplifying the work of small business leaders, co-authoring several Harvard Business Review articles among other works.

He tackles challenges and implements best practices, particularly in mental health and pediatric facilities. Sarah Kalloch

Sarah Kalloch builds partnerships with companies looking to implement the Good Jobs Strategy and creates resources to inspire any organization that wants to move from bad jobs to good jobs.

Sarah previously spent more than a decade in international development. At Oxfam America, she built partnerships to support international development legislation and socially responsible corporate policy. At Physicians for Human Rights, Sarah served on the executive management team, co-founding two health and human rights organizations in Uganda and Kenya and advocating for billions of dollars in HIV/AIDS and global health funding.

Sarah graduated magna cum laude from Harvard. She received her MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where she studied sustainable operations and won the Seley Scholarship for leadership, community contribution, and academic achievement.

Matt Leuck

Technical Manager for North America, Neste US’ Renewable Road Transportation
Matt Leuck is the technical manager for Neste US’ Renewable Road Transportation business. He brings 18 years of diesel engine and energy industry experience to Neste, and provides technical expertise to engine OEMs, fuel distributors, customers, and internal teams. He began his career as an Application Engineer and Application Engineering Manager, and then Technical Sales Manager at Cummins before moving to a sales director role at an energy equipment manufacturer. He returned to his technical roots with Neste in 2017 and now uses his engine, equipment, and fuel knowledge to support Neste’s position at the leading edge of cleaner, low carbon renewable fuels. He holds a BS Engineering Technology degree from Texas Tech University and a MS Global Energy Management degree from the University of Colorado

Timothy Mikloiche

With 35+ years in the electrical industry, Tim Mikloiche, founder of Electrical Training Services, began as an apprentice, progressing to licensed Journeyman, Master Electrician, Electrical Contractor, and Inspector. Holding a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, he is licensed in Connecticut as a Master Electrician, Electrical Contractor, Inspector, Assistant Building Official, and Building Official. Tim, an electrical instructor for 20+ years, serves on the State Codes and Standards Committee, is a Principal member on Code Making Panel 3 for the 2026 National Electrical Code, and holds positions on NFPA’s Electrical Inspector Member Section Executive Board and various boards and panels. Currently, he serves as a Chief Building Official/Supervisor of Inspections in Connecticut.

Chris Stilwell

Chris Stilwell has made a career out of sales and sales training in multiple different industries over the last 20 years. He is an award-winning sales rep and was most recently named Generac’s 2022 Compass Award winner. Over the last 5 years, Chris has specialized in building and developing successful teams for Generator/Electrical and HVAC sales organizations. Along with the TSSG team, Chris has developed a modernized sales process that focuses on Solution-Based Selling and creating a Low-Impact customer experience.

Cate Brooks, with 29 years in transportation regulation, served over 20 years at the state and 9 years at the federal level. State roles included CDL driver testing, school bus industry training, and industry discussions on topics like Hours of Service. Certified for roadside inspections and New Entrant Safety Audits, she transitioned to the federal level, conducting compliance reviews. Brooks actively engaged in industry outreach, addressing vital topics such as Driver Fitness and Controlled Substance and Alcohol requirements. Her extensive experience reflects a commitment to regulatory excellence, making her a seasoned professional in the transportation sector for over two decades.
