Timothy Mikloiche

Founder, Electrical Training Services

With 35+ years in the electrical industry, Tim Mikloiche, founder of Electrical Training Services, began as an apprentice, progressing to licensed Journeyman, Master Electrician, Electrical Contractor, and Inspector. Holding a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, he is licensed in Connecticut as a Master Electrician, Electrical Contractor, Inspector, Assistant Building Official, and Building Official. Tim, an electrical instructor for 20+ years, serves on the State Codes and Standards Committee, is a Principal member on Code Making Panel 3 for the 2026 National Electrical Code, and holds positions on NFPA’s Electrical Inspector Member Section Executive Board and various boards and panels. Currently, he serves as a Chief Building Official/Supervisor of Inspections in Connecticut.


Sandhya Mahadevan

Fellow, Good Jobs Institute

Sandhya Mahadevan is a Fellow at the Good Jobs Institute with a passion for systems change. Previously, she was at Sol Systems, implementing onsite solar and battery storage projects to help companies and public institutions meet their carbon management goals. She also helped pilot Sol’s first tranche of community investments focused on workforce development in the cleantech sector.  

Sandhya holds a BSFS in Science, Technology, and International Affairs focused on energy and environmental policy from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. She received her MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management with Certificates in Sustainability and Business Analytics.


James Kerschinske

Sales and Business Development Manager, Enercon


James is the Sales and Business Development Manager for Enercon.  He joined the company in January of 2023.  James graduated from Iowa State University in 1987 with a degree in Electrical Engineering, and started working at Caterpillar. 

Prior to joining Enercon, he has spent the majority of his career with Cat and Cat Dealers in the power generation market, managing sales and engineering teams and developing customer solutions.  At Enercon, he is driving the growth of our sales and application engineering teams.  James enjoys spending free time with his family and trying to improve his golf game. 


Dave Kimmey

Dave Kimmey is an experienced Regional Sales Manager, Applications Engineer, SalesForce Administrator, and Design Engineer.

 Driven by partnering with his customers, he takes pride in providing the best results possible. As a Regional Sales Manager, his goals include teamwork, offering a solution with options, and providing the best communications possible.

Matt Leuck

Technical Manager for North America, Neste US’ Renewable Road Transportation

Matt Leuck is the technical manager for Neste US’ Renewable Road Transportation business. He brings 18 years of diesel engine and energy industry experience to Neste, and provides technical expertise to engine OEMs, fuel distributors, customers, and internal teams. He began his career as an Application Engineer and Application Engineering Manager, and then Technical Sales Manager at Cummins before moving to a sales director role at an energy equipment manufacturer. He returned to his technical roots with Neste in 2017 and now uses his engine, equipment, and fuel knowledge to support Neste’s position at the leading edge of cleaner, low carbon renewable fuels. He holds a BS Engineering Technology degree from Texas Tech University and a MS Global Energy Management degree from the University of Colorado


David McCallum

Senior Sales Manager, Rolls-Royce Solutions America, Inc.

As a veteran of the reciprocating engine industry, David has over 20 years of experience in providing power solutions for mission critical infrastructure projects. In his role as Senior Sales Manager for Rolls-Royce Solutions America, Inc., David serves as a subject-matter expert for the hyperscale data center market. In his prior roles, David executed grid firming, prime power and CHP projects using Diesel-Cycle and Otto-Cycle reciprocating engines. In his free time, David enjoys racing sailboats.


Cate (Catherine) Brooks

President, C Brooks, DOT Training And Compliance LLC

Cate Brooks, with 29 years in transportation regulation, served over 20 years at the state and 9 years at the federal level. State roles included CDL driver testing, school bus industry training, and industry discussions on topics like Hours of Service. Certified for roadside inspections and New Entrant Safety Audits, she transitioned to the federal level, conducting compliance reviews. Brooks actively engaged in industry outreach, addressing vital topics such as Driver Fitness and Controlled Substance and Alcohol requirements. Her extensive experience reflects a commitment to regulatory excellence, making her a seasoned professional in the transportation sector for over two decades.


Lincoln Sheppard

Lincoln Sheppard is the Lead Sales Engineer at Orange County Thermal Industries Inc. (OCTI) in Orange, California. Originally from Belize, Lincoln has been with OCTI for 14 years and has worked in the industry for over 16 years. Developing new technologies and product lines became a passion and has helped him become a wealth of knowledge and information when it comes to thermal and acoustic insulation in the PowerGen world. Lincoln has also worked on projects in the turbine, marine, refuse, oil & gas, and racing industry, giving him a broad perspective and understanding of the individual requirements for insulation.
