Registration Policies

Discounts

Discount codes are available for members of the following:
  • New England Healthcare Engineers Society (NEHES) and state chapter affiliates
  • International Facility Managers Association (IFMA)
  • Associated Builders and Contractors
  • American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE)

Discount codes are also available for authorities having jurisdiction (code enforcement personnel) and government employees (ie: educators, counselors, placement agencies, etc.).

Must provide proof to recieve discount code. Email admin@mongoosepowersolultions.com for a discount code. No discount codes will be applied after attendee has already registered.

Substitutions

Request of substitution must be submitted in writing no later than Monday, April 21, 2025. The request must be submitted by the original registrant to our office. Substitutions will not be accepted after April 21, 2025. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to admin@mongoosepowersolutions.com. Full refunds (excluding networking and dinner activities) will be granted until March 7, 2025 minus a $125 admin fee. No refunds will be granted after March 7, 2025. Refunds will only be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit towards future conferences.
