FAQ
How do I get my VIP credential?
You will receive a text message from NASCAR a few days prior to the race. DO NOT DISMISS this text. You need to submit your credentials request prior to arrival. They will ask for a photo o f your driver’s license.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation text with a QR code – take a screen shot of this code. On race day, go to the Credentials Trailer at the race track before parking. Show them the QR code and they’ll give you your VIP Credential.
What's the best way to access race day information?
We suggest downloading the NASCAR Tracks app. This will have all of the information you’ll need, including what’s allowed inside the track.
What to expect on race day
If we’ve provided you with a Mongoose tshirt, please wear it for our group photos. You may also want to wear comfortable shoes, hat and sunglasses. For daytime races, we are in the sun all day.
What should we bring
Comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking. Bring sun glasses, ear protection, and sunscreen. The race team will have water for us. You can purchase food and beverages inside the track.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive at least four hours before the race start time. The Mongoose Team has VIP access to the Xfinity Garage, so we enter the track early to meet the race team and driver. Don’t forget to pick up your VIP pass at the Credentials Trailer before you park at the track.
Where do we park?
Refer to the NASCAR Tracks app or the race track’s website for their parking map and information.
