About Mason Massey

Mason is no stranger to success, with over 20 years of racing experience that started when he was just 5 years old. Throughout his career, he’s racked up over 200 feature wins, 11 championships, and 10 track records. Mason is known for his relentless work ethic, competitive spirit and impressive record on both asphalt and dirt tracks. Now, as a driver in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, Mason applying that same drive and commitment to succeed at the highest levels of motorsport.

Mason is a spokesperson for the National Stuttering Association. Massey was born with a stutter and he’s hoping that sharing his experience will be that difference for somebody. “When I was little, I wouldn’t hardly say anything,” Massey recalled. “If I didn’t know you, I was just not going to talk to you. And I almost feel like, that’s worse for your mental health than if you just actually put yourself out there and said, ‘This is who I am. I have a stutter.’”

National Stuttering Association (NSA)

About the NSA

Since 1977, the National Stuttering Association has been dedicated to empowering people who stutter, educating the public, supporting speech professionals, advancing research, and reducing the stigma around stuttering.

As the world’s largest non-profit organization focused on stuttering, the NSA offers hope, connection, and resources to children and adults who stutter, their families, and the professionals who serve them.

Over 79 million people worldwide stutter — and this event is all about driving awareness, support, and inclusion right here in the Monadnock Region.

Our goal is to build momentum for a local NSA chapter to serve our community year-round.

Proceeds from this event will also help fund the NSA’s presence on Mason Massey’s NASCAR throughout the 2026 season — using his platform to help accelerate national awareness for the stuttering community.
