Opportunities
Data & Fuel Support Assistant
We are looking for someone who is flexible and open-minded, a creative problem solver who wants to jump in and be part of our growing team.
The primary focus of this position is to ensure timely processing of fuel reports for customers, communicating job schedules with clients, managing assets and service databases, creating labels for technicians in the field, and maintaining lists and databases. This position works directly with the owner and diesel fuel specialists. Must be open and flexible to working on other high priority projects as they come-up.
Requirements:
Candidates must have good communication and people skills to represent the company to our customers. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and Adobe. Flexible thinking and detail oriented, but not so much so that you let it hinder your work or progress. Knowledge of industrial equipment and diesel engines is a plus but not required.
In-Office / Field Support Role
This is both an in-office and field position helping support the daily fuel job operations. There is an opportunity to step into the critical role of a fuel technician from this role.
Requirements:
Clean motor vehicle record, ability to obtain DOT medical card, willing to travel throughout New England, proficiency with computers and new technology are key, must have willingness to get dirty & tolerate the smell of fuel. Candidates must have good communication and people skills to represent the company to our customers. Knowledge of industrial equipment and diesel engines is a plus but not required.
Entry-Level Diesel Fuels Specialist
Work alongside the company’s founder to develop knowledge and expertise in our highly specialized field. This position will be primarily office-based with occasional site visits and consultations.
Requirements:
Clean motor vehicle record, proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and good people skills. Candidates should anticipate working in a detailed, data driven environment and hold an appreciation for codes and standards. Candidates should be comfortable working with set processes but allow for deviation as each customer is unique.
