We are thrilled to announce Bobby Shaw as the keynote speaker for the 6th Annual Northeastern Emergency Power Conference, taking place May 5–7, 2026 at The Envio/AC Hotel in Portsmouth, NH. This event brings together end‑users across hospitals, data centers, schools, municipal facilities, and other mission‑critical environments, offering a focused, high‑value experience for leaders responsible for reliable onsite and emergency power systems.

This year’s conference theme, “Powering Confidence: Stay Ready, Stay Compliant,” sets the tone for two days of education, collaboration, and practical insight into the rapidly evolving landscape of emergency power.

Keynote Session: What Are You Building? Reframing Leadership Beyond Job Titles

Too often, introductions begin with a familiar question: “What do you do?” In this keynote, Bobby Shaw invites leaders to move beyond job titles and instead consider the far more powerful question: “What are you building?”

Drawing on decades of experience leading and scaling multi‑unit organizations—including well‑known brands such as Big Chicken, McDonald’s, Chipotle, and Freebirds—Bobby illuminates how intentional leadership shapes culture, develops people, and strengthens long‑term organizational impact. Through real‑world examples and hard‑won lessons from high‑growth environments, he challenges attendees to rethink how they define leadership, success, and legacy.

Whether you manage a frontline team or oversee a wide‑ranging enterprise, this session will inspire you to consider not just the outcomes you drive, but the people and systems you’re building along the way.
