Mongoose Racing brings together the excitement of NASCAR and the essential work of the onsite power industry. Through our partnership with NASCAR driver Mason Massey, we’re using motorsports to reach new audiences, build industry awareness, and introduce the next generation to career opportunities in onsite power.
WHY
NASCAR?
The onsite power industry plays a critical role in keeping hospitals, data centers, emergency services, and other essential facilities operating when the power goes out. Yet, most people know very little about the industry or the careers available within it.
NASCAR gives us an opportunity to change that.
There’s a natural connection between motorsports and onsite power. Both rely on engines, technology, skilled technicians, teamwork, and the ability to perform when it matters most.
Through race partnerships, fan engagement, industry events, and workforce outreach, we’re introducing onsite power to people who may already have the interests and skills our industry needs.
MEET
MASON MASSEY
Mason Massey has been racing since the age of five, building a career that includes more than 200 feature wins, 11 championships, and 10 track records.
But there’s much more to Mason than his success on the track.
Having grown up with a stutter, Mason knows what it means to face challenges and push through them. Today, he uses his platform as a spokesperson for the National Stuttering Association to encourage others to find their voice.
His determination, character, and commitment to making a difference are why we’re proud to have Mason representing Mongoose Racing and the onsite power industry.

I’m excited to work with Mason and put him in a position to win races and pursue our 12th championship. He has shown plenty of potential in his young career and he has the tools to be successful under our roof.
