Spofford, NH—December 6, 2024—Michelle Hilger, Founder & Chief Connector at Mongoose Power Solutions LLC, was appointed in December 2024 to a fifth term on the New Hampshire Society of Healthcare Facility Managers (NHSHFM) Board of Directors.
Since launching Mongoose Power Solutions in April 2019, Hilger has been instrumental in supporting mission-critical infrastructure for hospitals and healthcare facilities, specializing in emergency and onsite power. As an active NHSHFM member, she coordinates event sponsorships, organizes programs, and acts as a liaison between the board, active members, and supporting partners. She also coordinates and offers educational sessions at NHSHFM events.

NHSHFM supports the professional growth of individuals in healthcare facility operations, with membership open to those in facility management, construction, design, security, safety, clinical engineering, and telecommunications within healthcare settings.
In addition to her NHSHFM role, Hilger serves on three UL Standards & Engagement technical committees, the PEI RP1400 committee, and the I Build NH/I Build VT advisory board.
