The call for presentation proposals for May 6-8, 2025 is underway!

As the world’s demand for clean and efficient emergency power continues to evolve, the emergency power industry must be poised and ready to adapt and respond. The future of our industry depends on fresh ideas, innovation and an investment in the next generation and workforce. That’s where you come in – join us as a presenter in 2025! 

The 5th Annual Northeastern Emergency Power Conference will bring together service technicians, owners, and managers who work in the emergency power industry, as well as facility managers, engineers and those who rely on emergency power for their organization’s critical operations. 

As you prepare your proposal(s), please take the following into consideration:

    • Attendees favor sessions that offer best-practice solutions, case studies, and encourage audience interaction.
    • Sessions should be no more than 45 minutes in length (special exceptions may apply).

       

    • Examples of topics:
      • Innovations and new technologies in onsite and emergency power solutions 
      • Technical sessions as they relate to current trends in onsite and emergency power for facility managers and engineers, contractors, and generator dealers.  
      • New power technologies, like battery arrays and EV chargers, and how they are affecting our industry. 
      • NFPA Emergency Power Codes Defined 
      • Changes to NEC and the impact on the industry 
      • Trends in facilities that impact the use or management of commercial generators (data centers, hospitals, universities, etc) 
      • Microgrids  
      • Emergency management protocols and regulations 
      • Safety and equipment reliability 
      • Business Functions such as HR and operations, leadership, management, risk management, succession planning, etc.
      • How to be forwarding thinking in an ever changing technical industry – best practices and case studies
