Each day, we will spend the morning meeting as an entire Conference, listening to speakers whose discussions are important for all attendees to hear, regardless of their functional role. This includes sessions about building and retaining your workforce, updates from the Joint Commission Resources, leadership strategies, and a case study by Enercon on navigating a complete switchgear upgrade in the healthcare environment.
Each afternoon, we move into breakout sessions. Attendees can choose whichever session is most interesting and applicable to them and their role.
